Inc. eStore Return Policy
Not all products
purchased at the Mixology eStore can be returned. The Mixology eStore will
accept for return or exchange only new (unopened) or defective product
purchased at the Mixology eStore, in accordance with the provisions and time
frames for return as set out below. Unopened product may be subject to a
restocking fee.
Damaged
Products
MIXOLOGY does not accept returns on Damaged Products
except in the case where products are received by You in damaged or defective
condition in which case, MIXOLOGY will, at its sole option, either provide a
replacement with the same product or a credit applied to any outstanding
amount. Please contact MIXOLOGY immediately upon receipt of
damaged or defective product.
Time
Frame and Shipping Instructions for Returns/Exchanges
All returns
and exchanges must be preapproved. Please contact MIXOLOGY immediately
upon receipt of damaged or improperly filled orders. To return or
exchange defective, unopened merchandise, You must (a) request and obtain an
RMA number within 3 calendar days of the date the order was delivered to
the delivery address specified on the order and (b) return the product to
MIXOLOGY within the Return Period of 14 calendar days of the date the RMA
number was issued by MIXOLOGY. MIXOLOGY’s address can be found on Your packing
slip. To receive an RMA number for returns or exchanges, call MIXOLOGY
toll-free at 1-888-670-9511. The RMA number must be clearly written on the
outside of the shipping package. We recommend that You ship the
product You are returning via courier or other delivery service that provides
tracking information and insurance, since MIXOLOGY will not be responsible for
packages lost or damaged in transit to MIXOLOGY. We will not accept
any returns or exchanges after the Return Period.
Frozen Goods
Do not ship frozen product back to MIXOLOGY unless in a insulated container. Please contact MIXOLOGY immediately upon receipt of damaged or defective orders. Keep frozen product frozen at all times.
Shipping and
Handling Fees
Shipping and
handling fees from your original order will not be refunded as product is
delivered on a prepaid basis. All product returned to MIXOLOGY must be
packed in the original packaging including any accessories, manuals,
documentation and registration that shipped with the product (such as manuals,
cables, etc.) and a copy of the invoice/packing slip included to be eligible
for return or exchange. Frozen product must be returned using an isulated
container.
IMPORTANT: In the
event that returned product ordered has items missing, the return may be
refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total
credit amount.
Restocking
Fee
MIXOLOGY
reserves the right to assess a restocking fee of up to 20% on any opened
merchandise. The restocking fee will be deducted from the total credit amount.
